Renovations Downtown Continue
The Burton Building sold June 1, 2010 and is now being renovated. There are new repairs to the masonry, windows, and roofing. The original iron work and glass transom in the rear has been restored. The interior is remodeled for offices and upstairs condo.

Merle Norman – Renovation – Complete
The exterior renovation of the Merle Norman building is complete. Special soda blasting techniques were used to aid refinishing of the historic iron work on the east side. The east side of the building was repainted. A new awning was installed.
The Green Room – Opens
The Green Room officially opened March 17, 2009. The Green Room is a remarkable salon and day spa known as the Main Street Retreat. www.thegreenoomonmain.com
Bank of Campbellsville Building – 2nd Floor Renovation
The Bank of Campbellsville Building gets a 2nd story renovation to house a new apartment. The floorplan is a 2 bedroom, 1-bath, with gourmet kitchen. The interior walls are exposed historic brick. The exterior was refinished and re-painted with period accurate colors.
Merchants Hotel renamed Merchant Tower
